Just got back from South Dakota, what a great trip!!!! Stayed one night in Vermillion, then went to Lesterville (same town that we live in Missouri). Then up to Mitchell to catch the outkasts car show, pedal pull contest at the Corn Palace. Then on to the state capitol, got to view the tribute to the fallen heroes from SD. The lady there asked where we heading and suggested hwy 14 to Wall. What a beautiful trip. Stayed the night in Wall and stayed at the Pioneer Cabins, Highly Recommended. Don't forget to visit Wall Drug. Then on to Custer State Park, Needles Hwy and Mt Rushmore. The Buffalo Roundup is definately worth the trip. Plan on doing it again. What a beautiful place to visit and the people were very interesting and friendly.
